We are entering an era of parity kino. The traditional big clubs will keep wasting money on fraud signings and managers while the smaller clubs make cheaper smarter signings and it will lead to more parity despite the big clubs having twice the budget. England is kinda fricked tho because Man City seem to be the only club that is well managed AND has lots of money

It is literally RM winslol or Mancity wins lol at European level. I only see Serie A and Bundes having more parity, the gap between Madrid and City and the rest is becoming massive

          >The serbian one did too tbh and his howlers were more embarrassing
Trafford got bullied out of the way of the ball multiple times at corners and chipped from nearly the halfway line, and despite being the most used keeper in the league for passes barely ever found a teammate who was beyond five yards.
Muric had two comedy errors in a row but made more game winning saves, made team of the week in half his games, and actually contributed to play. His two mistakes got more replay value but hes the far better keeper, actual insanity that Trafford is in the England squad he's not even proved Championship ready yet.

He spent 110m this past season and had his own analytics company handling the scouting. Every shitter he recruited like the league 1 kid keeper who he played for 3/4 of the season was down to him.
He kept trying Guardiolissimo when it has literally only ever worked with the biggest budget/best team in a league, he had the biggest transfer spend and was favourites for the Championship title at the start of the year before, which he won largely due to Sean Dyche players and loans. Kompanyball is "have the best players in the league, overplay to possession hog, win by attrition".
He kept trying idiot galaxy brain moves picking 18-20 year old players out of position because TRUST THE SYSTEM rather than just play the best players he had and set the team up to get the best out of them.
All of Burnley's embarrassment this year is down to him, he even got sent off twice himself. Under Dyche they were hoofball Norf FC but never so embarrassingly terrible. He's a peak midwit manager designed for stat slurpers who don't actually know anything about football beyond quoting trend phrases and contextless Opta stats.

Transitioning from a successful core is very hard, the prime example is Farça which has been garbage since Xavi and Iniesta left. The only team that has pull the transition properly is RM and even then it took some years and lucking out on players like Valverde, Vinicius and Rodrygo developing accordingly

The players will see this and be like wtaf too.
It’s plausible and possible that Munich’s higher ups actually want a manager precisely like Kompany for the same reason Chelsea want a “young and inexperienced” coach.

Yes unfortunately, once you get pozzed, there's no turning back. It doesn't matter what you do, the AIDS just keeps spreading to the rest of the body.

Our only hope now is that Bayern dies and something better gets reborn out of its ashes, so acceleration is unironically the only course of action in this context.

My understanding is that Bayern want a temporary 1-year manager as they go through this transitional time. Lots of players contracts are up and they know they need a rebuild and aren't willing to commit to a long term manager. Tuchel wanted a multi-year deal and that's why they rejected him. Whereas Vinny Kompany will happily eat shit for a year in the bundes. I could be wrong, but that's the only way I can make sense of it.
