I hope he doesn’t go to Madrid and builds Leverkusen into a big club. Would make it more exciting. Real Madrid is already cemented as an unstoppable force in the next 5 years anyway.

He will go Madrid. He wants glory and that is coming only braking records in the records holder

He stayed for 3 years with Real Sociedad B even when he had many offers from much bigger clubs.

He’ll probably join Real Madrid or Bayern (less likely) in a few years but knowing how he operates as a manager, I think he wants to take him time and stay in Leverkusen for some time before moving out.

This. If he wins the CL next year with Leverkusen then it's a bigger achievement than winning 5 CL's with Real.

Real Madrid fans want to turn football into a one-team absolute domination. Sounds frickin boring if you ask me.

Not a gaycelona fan btw, its just the truth. There’s no denying Real Madrid is an incredible club, they’ve done a great job selecting the players, but holy frick will the UCL get boring now.

            >the UCL get boring now.
The other clubs only have themselves to blame. Barcelona and Italian clubs have no money, Bayern is spending 100m on a 30 year old that can't play 90 mins, English clubs are massive chokers in Europe.

depends on his career choices. but he set the bar too high at the start it will be interesting to see how he copes with the pressure of high expectations and what he does when he gets the inevitable bad run of results

Remains to be seen how he does at a bigger club
He has done well at Leverkusen because a smaller team will allow the manager to have greater control on what players he wants and how he wants them to play
At bigger clubs there is more pressure from higher ups to try and interfere, plus you have to manage bigger egos. No doubt he's done extremely well, but it's not a given he'll perform at a club like real, liverpool or for the NT
