Nobody cares about ratings. Nobody cares about demos. Nobody cares about profits. Nobody cares about Meltzer stars

Nobody cares about ratings
Nobody cares about demos
Nobody cares about profits
Nobody cares about Meltzer stars
Nobody cares about popularity
The only thing that determines quality is how much you liked it
If you cannot explain why a wrestling show or a match is good based on your own experience & watching time with it then it's not good

    >Nobody cares about ratings
Ratings are the primary metric used to determine the primary revenue stream. It's perfectly fine for wrestling fans to care about them, but it's generally a better use of your time to actually try and understand the ratings and what they mean for a particular show (which is sometimes difficult or impossible to figure out based on a single week) than to just use surface level numbers for triablistic shit flinging, which doesn't help anybody.
    >Nobody cares about demos
    See above.
    >Nobody cares about profits
Profits are directly tied to media rights so this is pretty much the same as the last two.
    >Nobody cares about Meltzer stars
I think it's fine to care about Meltzer's ratings. He's the closest wrestling has to an Ebert-type figure and that does have value.
    >Nobody cares about popularity
    I think that's an oxymoron.
    >The only thing that determines quality is how much you liked it
    In a sense, I suppose.
    >If you cannot explain why a wrestling show or a match is good based on your own experience & watching time with it then it's not good
Not true. You can dislike something based on your own tastes but still accept that it was well-crafted, same as the reverse.

      No they aren't
      > It's perfectly fine for wrestling fans to care about them,
      No it isn't

E-drones understanding of ratings is that they think the talent on quarters with multiple ad breaks are "anti-draws" because of the dip, and that talent featured on quarters with no ad breaks are "big draws". That's the level of understanding of these subhumans.

        >No they aren't
But...they are, though. Ratings determine the TV rights deals, which are the primary revenue stream.

Well, that's the tribalistic shit flinging I mentioned. That's not of any value to anybody and should be ignored.

I do honestly. I prefer to watch people who actually know what they are doing.

So you think that shows that have 90% adverts and 10% wrestling is a better wrestling show because it makes more money?

Then why is it on tv if ratings, demos, and profits don't matter? You sound like Tony Khan just deposited $10K into your bank account.

I wish Shad Khan will take away Tony's trust fund. The bastard is wasting money and resources for his stupid efed promotion that not creating any jobs. It just one big money pit. I don't care what a free market lolbertarian tells me I think the government should tax the frick out of inheritance. Tony did absolutely frick all in his life except fall out the right pussy.
