What happens when next week comes around and both shows are back on in their usual timeslots as normal ?

They'll go back to not drawing viewers, and the next time TNT has a chance to cancel them, they'll do it again? Is this a dunk to you or something?

TNT could have moved both shows to earlier/later timeslots and they chose to cancel both instead.

The word you are looking for is pre-empted.
Cancelled means taken off the air and not renewed and forced to go to some other network.

a TV show is not "cancelled" when it's pre-empted due to live sports.
You're using that word wrong, because someone else using it accurately describe what happened to Smackdown made you boiling mad.

Being preempted is the same as being cancelled
Being cancelled/rescheduled is not mutually exclusive
A baseball game can be cancelled due to rain and rescheduled for a month later

Collision and Rampage were both cancelled from their normal timeslots/channels
Rampage was rescheduled to earlier in the week and Collision was cancelled outright

Shows get cancelled all the time, it's not a big deal. Collision has been cancelled twice in recent weeks.

            >Being preempted is the same as being cancelled
            No it's not.
A show that doesn't air for 1 week and then resumes airing back in it's regular timeslot has bene pre-empted.
a show that stops airing completely on a Network is a show that has been cancelled.
You deliberately saying pre-empted shows got cancelled when they are going to be back airing in their regular timeslots and channels the next week is very gotten to behaviour.
Will be interesting to see how you cope when AEW's renewal deal gets announced and all 3 shows continue to air as normal.

            So like Dynamite on TNT?

No because Dynamite continues to air on TBS, another Network under WBD/Turner banner. That show was moved. And continues to air to this day.

No-one who isn't being an insufferable homosexual will tell you that a TV show is "cancelled" despite continuing to air on linear TV. When normal, well-adjusted human beings hear their favorite show is "cancelled", they expect not to see the show again until possibly years later, if ever. "So is it moving to another channel?" is something a normie would ask if you told them their favorite show was cancelled. If you then told them "Yes, it's going to be on CBS this year instead of NBC", their natural response would be "Then it wasn't cancelled".

You can continue sucking dick and being an idiot all you want, it doesn't change reality. And the reality is that WWE Raw/Smackdown used to get preempted/delayed/cancelled in the late 90s/early 00s for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, US Open Tennis and other garbage...and now that doesn't happen because USA pays too much money and gets too much viewership to not air WWE shows.

AEW on the other hand is paid pocket change, is only worth couch change, and will have to settle for fountain change if by some miracle Based Zaslav doesn't dump it in the toilet where it belongs. NBA programming is 100% the focus right now. April 22, mark it on your calendar.

Odd, because it's simply too difficult for you to understand that Fox was outbid and that the show will still be airing on TV. I get why you are mad though, AEW was cancelled before it even got to the bidding stage between potentially interested TV stations.

Getting "outbid" doesn't mean cancelled. Not being renewed at all by any network like trAnEW did means getting cancelled.
