Since it's blatantly obvious that they will never push him, will he move the needle in AEW once he jumps ship?

Since it's blatantly obvious that they will never push him, will he move the needle in AEW once he jumps ship? He's got exposure from WWE now so he should make some impact, right? Milly maybe?

      >obvious that they will never push him
What do you morons think 'push' means? He went from 0 PPV matches to 2 world title shots and a Mania match he's definitely winning within a year.

Wrestling fans are dumb babies. They think that if a wrestler isn't world champion, he's in the mud and may as well quit the business.

    no, same as everybody else

They haven't had anyone even close in popularity to LA Knight signed there except CM Punk though.

I don't care, he won't move the needle, nobody does, that's how wrestling works now, brands are the draw, they could sign Roman and still be doing 800k again within 2 months

Every homosexual on this board knows that but gotta get the dopamine by pretending like it’s not about brand recognition

LA Knight is the draw, not Eli Drake. Like Sasha Banks.

Draw? I'd like to think Christian and MJF should be able to hang with him in promos.

Only needle he'll move is the one he uses to OD when he fails in AEW and has to go work indie mudshow slop.

I don't get why he wrestles that jump jumpy springboardy style at all. He should just brawl. It's like these wrestlers can't fit their fighting style to their gimmicks. Brian Cage, Swerve, Eddie Kingston, Ricky Starks are the same.

He doesn't draw in WWE. He won't draw in AEW. And I think the guy is great. Cody took his spot and The Rock mogs his throwback gimmick. That's why Ricky Starks can't go to WWE right now either. You can't have LA Knight, The Rock, and Starks in the same fed.

      >Ricky Starks
Just stop and rethink what you did here, you jabroni. You're putting some fricking geek on the same pedestal as The Rock!
Watching AEW has rotted your tiny brain.
      Look at you now.

In just 6 months, in 2023 he matched the entire year of sales from both Roman and Cody.

We don't want him. Maybe TNA or NWA will take him back.

He'll get a midcard title push eventually. He's already hovering in the main event. What he needs is an IC or US Title run like Cena had in 2004.

Then, he either sinks or swims, but he should still be given a good singles title run of some kind.

    >has a guaranteed match at WM
    >all that in just one year
    >but his career is in the mud because he didn't dethrone Roman Reings
Why do smarks think the only way to have a good/decent career is to be the top guy?

Knight should win the WHC. I like Seth but its time for that belt to move over to Drew and Priest. Then probably onto Punk who puts over Knight.

No. I'm not a console wars homosexual, but AEW effectively doesn't exist. If someone goes to AEW and starts having great matches every week and great promos and they're just the best pro wrestler that ever lived, nobody will know because nobody is watching. If he goes to AEW, the average fan will think he retired.

He’s going to beat a legend and former world champ at WM. I’m sure they have some kind of plan for him. They’re keeping him on the back burner because Cody, Drew, Rock, Seth, Punk are just way too hot right now. They’ll come back to him.

Pushing a guy 40+ isn't that great of an investment if he's not already a big name by that point of his career
