Franco didn't care about sports, he was too busy rooting out commies and freemasons, God bless him

Even as a Barcelona fan I must admit that these are especially true and they will never get out of their rut as long as they keep thinking like this. What's worse is that 99% of the fans never call that shit out and instead double down on it. Every online Barca community is dominated by discussions of muh fascism and looking for an easy scapegoat whenever shit happens. Some of them, funnily enough, have also been pushing the Gaza shit to be a legitimate on-topic discussion.

Barça's entire mentality is summed up as
          >muh Cruyff
          >muh philosophy
          >muh real football
          >muh we just lose because of refs
It is a team of losers that had 1 great run and made that their only saving grace.

IMO the Rivaldo era was their most kino era. They might have been perpetual losers as usual but during those years they were still entertaining underdogs.

They are the Ajax of the south. They lucked out with a golden generation and 80% of their history is based around that

Reminder that before the xavi,/iniesta/messi era they only won one (1) champions league title, against Sampdoria

no, a small club doesn't buy johan cruyff in 1973 or maradona in 1982

cruyff became fat and maradona became a junkie there, both had very little success

This is Cruyff in 1977-78, his last season there, so I don't know where you got the idea that he got fat. He also won la liga after 14 years.
Maradona first did cocaine when he was transfered to Napoli. His numbers in those two seasons in Barcelona are very high, him having "very little success" have to do with him contracting hepatitis, a severe injury and the infamous fight against the Bilbao players.

      >5 champions league
Ajax has 4 CL and has the most Eredivises. When I say that Barça is the Ajax of the south it is literally that. 1 golden generation that concentrates 80% of the achievements, muh philosophy and muh Cruyff. The same club, different city

That is why the president of RFEF had direct contact with Barcelona players, Pikek is accused of corruption and Pissi cucktini embezzled millions of euros for UEFA in exchange of a signed t-shirt to Ceferin.

You don't even to make it about Messi/Ronaldo. 1992 was the first time they won the CL, which they have won 4 more times since, and Madrid still won more in that period.
