not really, he was over already. All it did was take the one big wrestlemania attraction that was still there and destroy it entirely. In my opinion it just should not have ended

Lesnar’s return was flopping before he ended the streak. Both Cena and Haitch beat him and ruined his credibility. Going into Wrestlemania literally no one actually thought Lesnar could ever win. Conquering the streak was what made him a monster.

No. Vince only did it to keep Brock happy and Undertaker is a cuck for not refusing. Anyone else would have refused it.

Brock Lesnar ending the streak is the biggest tragedy of all. That story, all that history, to end by a man Undertaker hasn't had a history with. It should have ended with Shawn Michaels,Triple H,or Orton

At the time? Of course. With the benefit of hindsight? Probably should have just been Roman. But that's just the way life is.

either he should have not lost at all or they should have made him lose against Triple H where Shawn was the guest referee

it should never have been broken to begin with but brock was the only one with credibility to do so.

As good old JR said, the streak shouldn't have been broken. In his scenario Cena would win the 17th championship and face Undertaker at Mania after Taker wins the Rumble, but I think him challenging Taker cause by then he would have conquered everything in WWE but the streak is a better story, leave the Rumble to another guy. Taker would then go over Cena and end his career as WWE champion, thus vacating the belt, and with the streak intact.

no, because it's better for the story. having undertaker retire as an undefeated supernatural beast rather than just some old guy that got his ass kicked by bork

Because none of those jabronis deserved it, besides maybe Orton

Carder wanted him to end it cause Carder is an MMA nerd that wanted a "shoot real tough guy" to end it
Wouldnt be surprised if Carder gets knee surgery within the next 5 years after exhausting all other options

Taker himself has said that he thought that Brock didn't need it and wanted a guy like Reigns to be the one

They screwed up Brock badly by that point. This and squashing Cena were the only way he was going to be a big deal at all. I would've preferred Carder being undefeated, but if you're gonna end it, Brock has the most to gain from doing so. None of the young dweebs would have capitalized on it the way Brock did.

No one should have ever broken the streak and you're a shoot moron if you think otherwise. All around a terrible business decision that lessened the allure of Wrestlemania for what was always going to be a miniscule gain at best.

Now there was no gain at all, it was just disappointing and to make it even worse, Taker kept coming back for years without anyone giving a shit.

He literally didn't have a single good match after this anyway so who gives a shit lmao. Their only fault is that they waited so long

If they didnt frick up Reigns at that point it should have been him. The thing that sucks most about Brock ending it though is that the match was trash. Their summerslam match was much better

This was the only real chance they had to pull the trigger. Since they didn't, Brock was fine.

This. Legend Killer Randy should've broken the streak before it turned into a tired old trope.

No it should have been roman or some other guy they wanted to be top face or heel of the company. Not some former WWE champion from 10 years ago

nobody would become top guy by beating taker. restoring brock's power level was all they could do with it if you have any common sense. and no, letting taker retire undefeated would be the worst move

Brock had credibility because he beat everyone for a year straight, that's it.

When he broke the streak literally no one thought "woah this guy is good he's going to beat everyone", they thought "wow, what a stupid fricking decision from the company".
