Yakub, maker and creator of the devil. Swine merchant... your time is near at hand. Frick with me and your time will be now. Your presence here effects the mind of my people like a fever. You, Yakub, are the bearer of nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine diseases, evil, corrupt, porkchop-eatin' brain!

so why would Hühnchen get him? Is he any good?

His Burnley used to absolutely dominate the Championship, they manage to get 101 points. That team is too reliant on their loanee like Ian Maatsen, Nathan Tella, and Taylor Harwood-Bellis, so no wonder why they instantly got relegated. In theory Kompany could coach a team to play great possession based football but it's still unknown if he could do it on a big team.

Looks like it. I mean it can't be because he managed to relegate his team

he lost Burnley about 10 extra points by forcing the team to play out from the back when they were incapable of doing so, resulting in them making mistakes and conceding needless goals. Good thing you have Kim Min Jae and Upamecano so that won’t happen at Bayern.

      >Is he any good?
He's diet Pep in that if he has the biggest budget in the league and a core of superior players he can walk it, if he hasn't got the most favourable start conditions possible he's stubborn and tactically inept. He's very temperamental and demanding of players, falls out with them easily and abandons/shows little loyalty to them, and for all his talk of long term plans and 500 IQ strategy is not good at actually building a cohesive dressing room.

Not entirely accurate. Belli's was the 3rd most important CB at best arguably 4th. Maatsen and Tella very important yes. However the other key players were the keeper Muric, winger Benson, CDM Cullen and CB Beyer. Beyer got injured by being forced back to playing while carrying a knock, the other 3 were dropped entirely and only Muric/Cullen returned for the last 10 games, Benson statistically the most important points winner in the Championship played barely 90 mins in total in the prem.

He's a big time over thinker whose idea of a plan B is desperately rotate players and idea of a plan C is SHOUT LOUDLY. He will probably do well at Bayern because of the relative resources vs the rest of the league but he's seriously lacking the man management, tactical, and scouting skills to be as elite as he thinks he already is.

Oh and he runs a tinpot analytics company which he likes to use for scouting to skim off transfer fees for himself
