Then there's an announcement like we'll hear from our new champion and you show Swerve with Nana doing the stupid dance next to him
The fact that I can't think of a single person despite watching AEW every week is just a testament to how lacking in personality this roster is. Yeah Mox, Kingston, and Bryan are great company cheerleaders and cut great promos, but said promos are usually only over with wrestling fans and not the general audience. Punk was the only person who shattered that ceiling for AEW, but bad decisions and petty buttholes drove him out of the company and back to fricking WWE of all places. Now they have no one, Ospreay could've worked but he's to British sounding.
