Roman towards the end had absolutely no aura because he kept losing in the ring only to get bailed out by his goons. That doesn't maintain an image of anything but weakness
I can see Kevin getting transitional runs in the future. I don't see Sami striking gold twice in a row like he did with the bloodline, they passed on their chance to make him a top level underdog babyface.
Both are extremely talented and charismatic. I would compare them to prime Jericho. You know they're going to do good work no matter what, there's nothing the world title can do for them. But they can certainly be a contributing part to a great show and elevate the guys who are going to be long term top guys.
Had they listened to Cornette's advice earlier they might have made it to the top.
Sami is in the main event waiting room but the company is severely underselling his potential even now. Kevin is the ultimate utility guy. He’ll be where they need him.
theyre upper midcarders, which means they can main event any given night but usually wont. They'll probably give Sami Zayn a WHC win at some point. Owens its unlikely hes ever champ again unless theres a wave of injuries, but hes trusted and well liked so its always possible. They also both guaranteed have a "return to NXT" NXT title main event and maybe even NXT title run available basically whenever they want
It's insane that these guys ever ended up being compatible with WWE. Hunter sure, but Vince actually liked these two. I would've thought something like AEW would've been perfect for them back in 2012. Steen's in better shape, but I still can't believe Enzo ribbed him into wearing his slobby dad gear in WWE when he had a legit wrestling singlet ready to go.
They are both in a comfortable spot to be as wrestlers. On tv weekly, can slip into the main event when needed, and I assume they are paid very well. Solid upper mid-cards.
2 top talents in WWE, probably by a wide margin,
with maybe Seth being 3rd despite not being as good in ring or on the mic as either
But WWE chooses who they think is marketable and puts hundreds of TV hours brain washing kids and pajeets..
I have always been of the opinion - push your top talents.
Top talents = best television and most organic audience heat.
Roman is a good study
Years trying to push him and it was terrible. Roman himself had to evolve, find his voice, find his gimic, his pace.. and the people responded to quality.
WWE never gave a shit about talent and skill. In fact they punish an de-push guys in spite of it.
Though you can argue giving Sami the Jackass match where he carried a 20 min match with 7 people is an acknowledgement that he's the best and most trust worthy. Just like they chose him to get lashley over, to keep the bloodline going, and to carry Brock to a 12 minute live promo.
HHH knows KO and Sami are the best he has, but he won't let his personal feelings get in the way of money.
Ask yourself
Do they have roman's aura?
Fricking kek. Roman had no aura when he main evented like 5 different Manias back to back
>Do they have roman's aura
this aura?
upper midcarders despite several main events
Roman towards the end had absolutely no aura because he kept losing in the ring only to get bailed out by his goons. That doesn't maintain an image of anything but weakness
Owens isn't upper anything, he's a jobber now
Sami is still upper midcard for now
And I was not sure
they're company lifeers at this point
they go where they are needed
both main eventers
Just look how france got KO like a hero welcome
Upper midcarders and main event when needed, but they don't belong there. Good workers though.
Sami was on the cusp of being a main eventer and they shoved him back down to the midcard.
KO is one of the best workers the company has right now and can work with anybody. He's like our Foley. Sami is a comedy act who I don't care for.
I also think it’s important
main uppercarders
They needed to be let go 3 years ago
Tony's not gonna hug you
double jannetty jobbers
modern day Kane x2

Subjective opinion
Mostly empirically correct
Sami is in the main event waiting room but the company is severely underselling his potential even now. Kevin is the ultimate utility guy. He’ll be where they need him.
Sami will get a WHC pity run
KO just floats around as a gatekeeper to the main event
they are beyond dimeless
Sami has main event potential
Owens can never be more than a midcarder because of how fricking bad his look is
the fat one is the other is a glorified jobber
ask yourself, do they have "main event" jimmy uso aura?
theyre jobbers
theyre upper midcarders, which means they can main event any given night but usually wont. They'll probably give Sami Zayn a WHC win at some point. KO is the guy who works with the top guys
Sami is an upper midcarder.
both have main evented mania and could realistically main event the next PPV with 2 weeks build
they're in the foley/triple h bucket
They are both in a comfortable spot to be as wrestlers. On tv weekly, can slip into the main event when needed, and I assume they are paid very well. Solid upper mid-cards.
the rare double michaels denied their rightful place at the top of the card
if you disagree with me shoot kys
Big Show/Kane level of for-lifers who are in that upper card but never THE main event.
kane never sniffed a wm main event, he barely even had a major match at one outside of the undertaker matches
mid-midcarders that double as openers.

fewer people have main evented wrestlemania than have been US president and owens and zayn are among them so you tell me b***h
