I'm a fan of wrestling companies being their own insular kayfabe universe where it is the #1 company in the world. Wrestlers who come in from outside should use different names or entirely different gimmicks.
Also a fan of changing a wrestler's name and gimmick if they're not getting over in a year or two with a gimmick they started with.
Women in male dominated promotions have no business being in main event spots or even being given significant time. Piggybacking , women in these arenas are meant to be sideshows, special attractions. The same people complaining about women not being given enough time do nothing to support actual female promotions. If they honestly cared that much, they would go watch, support, and invest in one of those instead of demand more female exposure in male promotions. Treating these sideshow acts as main or co main events has tremendously hurt the industry as a whole. Men have less time in favor of Women who's goals are very limited.
The only role women should serve in male promotions is to be eye candy or managers at best.

Fact is as simple breasts, they are a fine side attraction that complements the rest of the show. Women Matches/segments on male shows should be short and sexy of they are to be on at all. Otherwise, people should just watch and support existing female promotions.
This won't happen because they don't actually care, they just want to spotlight morality.

Camera crews should follow the action, wrestlers shouldn't have to work the hard cam. It makes the show look phoney.
AEW need to stop doing surprise debuts, give people packages and promos to hype their debut rather than just having them randomly show up

I’m with you on all except the last one. If the commentary team is good, it ads to it for me. However, it’s usually not good… So, idk maybe you’re right.
I watched AEW for the first time in a while last night and I would have paid extra to remove Excaliburs commentary. It's also the main thing stopping me from watching Strong since it's either asiatics or Koslov who is shoot the worst active commentator
MLB.tv has it as a gimmick, its nice to just hear the sound of the action sometimes, wouldnt do it all the time

I'm fine with smaller dudes in wrestling, but we need to stop pretending they can be world beaters. Adam Cole couldn't beat Wardlow, so he can't be a world title contender. Daniel Garcia weighs 90lbs and shouldn't be taking Moxley to the limit. Let them exist in their own division, just like how juniors are always a rung below hebbyqs in Japan.

Women's wrestling is better relegated to Bra & Panty, Mud Wrestling, and Kiss My Foot matches. They can't hit the ropes as hard. The ring doesn't have an impactful sound when they hit power moves. I don't care how well they have the basics down, I'd rather see a hint of side boob for 3 minutes than 15 of them roleplaying as men.
There's a reason why women's sports aren't viewed as much as men's.

I'll go in a slightly different direction and say that we need more choppa matches among the fluff of puroresu. Sitting through a 40 minute Okada match fricking sucks. I rather watch Shingo/Ishii go at it for 12-15 minutes once a week.

Lucha Underground was the best wrestling show of the last twenty years and it is a crime that it was on a shit network no one had and that AAA screwed them so bad.
LU was one of the best non wrestling shows of the last twenty years too. You're right that it's unforgivable that they fricked it up. If I remember correctly most of the problems would have been solved just by letting the talent work more in between tapings.
