Nah, rating anything is fine if you provide an explanation of what criteria you're rating it based on. The only way to reasonably rate wrestling is either as chapters of ongoing stories, as full shows as an overall chapter of the larger company story or isolating the story arcs and rating them when they finish. No one does any of those things, they just count high spots and score accordingly.
Rating films makes sense if you understand film. Most people who rate things online don't understand the things that they rate, but that doesn't mean that everyone is an idiot.

If you do approach something objectively then your score will be objective but only if you know what you're talking about and only in the context that you review it in.

His ratings are based on mark bias, based on who is pushed hardest, how many moves they do, etc.

That's not what a scoring system is for. A recommendation is not a score. If you want to recommend something then say "you should go out of your way to watch this", not "19 stars the greatest match to ever happen in Cleveland".
