Every decent martial arts gym, even the ghetto Muay Thai & boxing gym I go to which only gets pikey Irish, black, and brown kids, let alone my BJJ/MMA gym, has a sizable number of female fighters. All of whom could beat most skinnyfat stoner and gamer white bois I know. That's not virtue signalling. That's how the world is nowadays and if anything how much anime, video games, Fhite, and weed have caused your average white boi to devolve. This isn't the 1950s when white kids wrestled and boxed 4 times a week at high school or whatever.

I'm sure trained women can beat the average dadbod binge drinker and his 420blazeitfgt son, but their technique is still garbage compared to a textbook jab from a P4P great. We're not talking about speed or power, we're talking the actual biomechanics of them throwing the punch.
Your pic related has a decent jab for a woman, but she still uses a loadup for it. A technically perfect jab doesn't have a loadup, you just throw it with your shoulder strength. You should be able to throw a jab at the same speed with or without turning your torso and stepping
