Why didn’t they have on any WWE talent to talk about the draft? Surely that would be better for ratings?

They know Tony will make a fool of himself somehow which will lead to more clicks on the highlights for the interview and future interest in seeing segments featuring him if they have him on again, which they may do if he pulls satisfactory numbers.

I like the neck gimmick and don't care about what he said but I don't understand it at all, how is a company Harvey Weinstein?
It's like he remembers the "epstein didnt kill himself" guy on the news and decided to do that

I don't think it was that thought out. I mean, Tony started with "AEW is Pepsi". Where's the logic in that?

I think Tony was trying to think fast and Harvey is currently in the news rn for being innocent. Tony blurted out the first thing that came to his head because he couldn't say Coke (cocaine). Tony loves coke.

          >Tony started with "AEW is Pepsi". Where's the logic in that?
Businesses refer to "the Pepsi of ___", as a way to refer to challenger brands. Brands that try to solidify themselves as the #2 against all other competition so they can then "challenge" for the #1 spot. The goal though is to always be the alternative. See pic.

And yeah, TK loves both kinds of coke. That's why he swerved the line of thinking to Harvey, more memorable that way. You'd have to love coke to handle managing a soccer team, a football team, and two wrestling promotions.

no it isn't, unless you also count tna, gcw, njpw, noah and so on...not sure why you think a company that can't even beat wwes developmental show in ratings is a direct competitor, but I'm sure you'll think of some obscure metric that means nothing
