>get called up because Vince likes you. >never appear on the main roster

>get called up because Vince likes you
>never appear on the main roster
>continue to appear on NXT like nothing changed
>get extremely over through hilarious vignettes and storylines
>get fired out of nowhere because some nerd with a spreadsheet noticed that you're a main roster talent who is never on the main roster

I am seriously pissed off about this. It's like a cruel joke.

      >This. He was meme over. Just like no one actually cares about Veer. By 'no one' I mean the majority. Every wrestler is someone's favorite but people are only being vocal now because he's fired

Is there any chance they could bring him back and give him a regular NXT contract? Like when Samoa Joe got fired and then Triple H brought him back really soon after? Of course he got fired again after one match I think.

Why would the same regime that fired him bring him back though? That was the difference with Joe. And even then like you're saying, look how that panned out

Von is different from all of them. I liked Indus Sher, but I knew they were never going to get used in any meaningful way on the main roster. I absolutely loved Cameron Grimes and I wished that they'd use him, but if they weren't going to for whatever reason, I understand cutting him. But Von is was used heavily on NXT and appeared almost every week. He'd still be there if they hadn't decided to call him a main roster talent while keeping him in NXT.

I legitimately was going to start watching NXT because of all the Wagner memes from a few weeks ago and the Chase U posting but once I learned we was cut I lost all interest.

i think he was fired too early for the no non-compete. i saw something earlier that said they were going to throw out the clause for people who still have contracts with non-compete clauses

      >Emanuel’s compensation breakdown comprised a $911k base salary, a substantial cash bonus of $24 million, and stock awards valued at $40 million.

      >Mark Shapiro, TKO’s chief operating officer, also saw a significant package totaling $16 million for the same year. Shapiro holds an equivalent role at Endeavor.

trimming the fat is good business, like with those huge sets they were costing more than they were adding so now they've been trimmed down. the guys that were cut were doing nothing of note but still cost money

It makes sense to cut guys if you're not going to use them. There's no point to keep paying them to do next to nothing. What sucks about this one is that Von was being used every week and he was loved by fans.

No, they make MORE money because they do that. They still make plenty without doing it.

It's israelitery, the fabled "race to the bottom" that plagues capitalist societies. And no, I'm not saying commie shit is the answer: it isn't.
