Why the frick would I support any polish club, I'm not an alcoholic nor I want to end up fighting over which shitty club full of armenian superstars will win the league only to get humiliated in Europe
Uhhh actually I do
Went to a AAA baseball game today, ended up being by myself since my buddy bailed and left after 6 innings I was so autistically embarrassed to be sitting alone
my local team managed to frick up a promotion last year missing a penalty in extra time after being one man up for 60 minutes and two men up the second half of extra time.
I don't even know the name of my local soccer team, other than the one I played for as a kid that was disbanded a couple of years ago. RIP Terry and Baldoyle United
My local club bounces between the 6th and 7th tier, but I also follow another nearby club that's in the 10th tier. Have some great memories following them home and away.
Depending on where you live this can be local or not.
If you live in the mountain west, Broncos might be your local team. If you live in NYC that radius brings in all of the genetic trash of Philly.
I mean, yes, I support A.D. Municipal Liberia and like if they ever play against Spurs or Sevilla in the World Club Cup I will support them.
But they barely can even stay in the Costa Rica first division
my football club is so small it competes in third tier. they aren't even named a club, it's called a "football society". last month they won 20:4 against some farmers. i tried cheering for my city club but the culture and management honestly disgust me.
at least both clubs are way better in other sports.
>say that I do support my local club which happens to be a club that competes in champions league regularly >get told NOOO YOU MUST SUPPORT THE OTHER CLUB IN YOUR CITY WHICH PLAYS IN THE 5TH DIVISION
It all depends where you're born really. If you're born in Munich then of course you'll support Bayern Munich, unless you were involved with a local lower league team at youth level.
I live a mile and a half away from the stadium. My family going back well over 100yrs supported the same club. I saw the stadium every morning on my way to school.
Nobody has addressed the elephant in the room: what do you do if you support a lower-tier team, and then you move? You won't be able to keep watching them, and they won't be on TV because they're not good enough. Do you keep supporting them then?
>moving out of your hometown
Peak soullessness.
The only exception is moving to a different country, in which case you continue to support your old local team in your heart and take an interest in the new local team.
Neither do you
Yes, I do.
No you dont, you support the closest team to you that plays in a big league, not your local team
>let me tell you about your life
No, I was born and raised in Veracruz and have supported my team (which doesn’t exist anymore) thru countless relegations and bad administration.
Apoyo fue lo que necesito Faitelson despues del madrazo que le dio Blanco en aquella tarde jarocha

Why the frick would I support any polish club, I'm not an alcoholic nor I want to end up fighting over which shitty club full of armenian superstars will win the league only to get humiliated in Europe

Was born and raised in the capital but moved to a 3rd division town so I get the best of both worlds
Uhhh actually I do
Went to a AAA baseball game today, ended up being by myself since my buddy bailed and left after 6 innings I was so autistically embarrassed to be sitting alone
But I do support them
Why? Nobody gives a frick. And it's better than looking like you're on a date with a dude.
my local team managed to frick up a promotion last year missing a penalty in extra time after being one man up for 60 minutes and two men up the second half of extra time.
"local"
I literally do. Black Shirt bros... get the frick in here we're going to 2 Liga, next stop is 1 Liga
Kino
I don't even know the name of my local soccer team, other than the one I played for as a kid that was disbanded a couple of years ago. RIP Terry and Baldoyle United
I only support the teams that play on Sunday morning at the park when I'm walking my dog
my local soccer team are just africans who gradated from the local D3 college
Sovl
My local club bounces between the 6th and 7th tier, but I also follow another nearby club that's in the 10th tier. Have some great memories following them home and away.
I root for every local team within a 50-75 mile radius, even one 158 miles away
Depending on where you live this can be local or not.
If you live in the mountain west, Broncos might be your local team. If you live in NYC that radius brings in all of the genetic trash of Philly.
>Foreigner trying to claim NYC isn't the trash-filled place where even the suburbs aren't white
Lol
Lmao
>American unaware of Essex County, Long Island, and Rochester, as well as SW Connecticut
Flyover!
I mean, yes, I support A.D. Municipal Liberia and like if they ever play against Spurs or Sevilla in the World Club Cup I will support them.
But they barely can even stay in the Costa Rica first division
tell me
where in costa rica can I find a city that
>hates Soccer
>isnt nationalistic
>hates the military
>cold climate
>hates ld alajuelense
Probably one of the places on the Carib coast full of Black folk who are really Jamaican.
p.s. we don't have a military
I was...it was a joke...
https://archive.4plebs.org/sp/search/text/USA/country/CR/
Apologies. I am very serious about matters of hating Alajuela and the degenerate homosexuals in the central valley in general.
not everyone in the central valley is the same mae around 60% of the country lives here
I'm mostly joking bro, I just got annoyed today someone again ask me how I can stand the heat. Every single time.
I can't think of any, we fricking love football, however if you want a cold city Cartago should be your choice
I love the Military
I am part of my local team
Wrong board
I don't know if i can continue here knowing there are Fhite users RIGHT NOW on this board.
For me, it's Sydney United
90% of the teams here are my “local” team

But I do dear, I supported HFC Haarlem all the way till disolvement and now I moved to Telstar
my football club is so small it competes in third tier. they aren't even named a club, it's called a "football society". last month they won 20:4 against some farmers. i tried cheering for my city club but the culture and management honestly disgust me.

>say that I do support my local club which happens to be a club that competes in champions league regularly
>get told NOOO YOU MUST SUPPORT THE OTHER CLUB IN YOUR CITY WHICH PLAYS IN THE 5TH DIVISION
Leipziger?
Frick no, dortmund
A few years ago someone told me I should support the 5th division team instead if their location is closer
You should.
It all depends where you're born really. If you're born in Munich then of course you'll support Bayern Munich, unless you were involved with a local lower league team at youth level.
My team constantly gets promoted and relegated over and over each season cycle
I do. and I dont care about any other football games or leagues than the ones of my Club.
>Supporting a team due to quirks of geography
>Not supporting a team who plays the style and philosophy that most aligns with your view of the game
>flag
Of course you say that, as you all live in the gigantic anthill that is Seoul.
My local team sucks ass but I still stand by it as I was born into it, basically.
Based Akraness customer.
>mfw Fhite virgins compare whole leagues like they're teams
it's cool again to support my local team now
Nerede bu?
bursaspor
i live in a town of 10k people. i literally dont have a local team to support
how does a town of 10k in Croatia not have a local team??
every minuscule village has at least one over here
it has a youth team one, like for primary and high school but i dont think there is an 'adult' team
>he supports his local sport
How would baseball pan out in that analysis?
For me its burnley fc
I live a mile and a half away from the stadium. My family going back well over 100yrs supported the same club. I saw the stadium every morning on my way to school.
I live in Connecticut and only team I can support is a college apehoop team. Frick this shit, i'd rather watch a division 2 soccer team.
Only reason I'd support these
i'm so sorry bro...it'll get better...
I hope one day you get bought by a sheikh anon.
>be's born ten minutes away from San Siro
>literally one of the best teams in the world
quite blessed
i did live in Hull for a while and was a season ticket holder for a year, was kino
but the local team to where i live is arsenal who i support
Nobody has addressed the elephant in the room: what do you do if you support a lower-tier team, and then you move? You won't be able to keep watching them, and they won't be on TV because they're not good enough. Do you keep supporting them then?

I don't have a football club for my barrio, but I support Wanderers F.C.

my hometown team is in the NPSL
I am a citizen of the world : )
>Local team has 0 local players
I live 10 minutes away from the Parc des Princes so the PSG is my local team
Support Racing Club de France
No frick these gays, I'm a Stade Français enjoyer.
What if there are two local teams?
