The future looks bleak for France's forwards

He's alright. He is still below even current Giroud who is unironically an all time elite French striker and contributes so much more than just goals to a team, legit GOAT link man/attacking anchor.
France easily has the deepest roster in the world.
You can split France's team in 2 and they'd still be at the number 1 and number 2 spot in terms of sheer talent.
I hate to say it because I despise the French, but no other country even comes close to creating the amount of talent the French have.
Their 3rd option for positions would be the starter for most NT in the top 10.
They're weak in goal, their best GK would barely be #2 for most other nations
Their defence is deep but hasn't really got any true 10/10 standout.
Their midfielders are good but relatively interchangeable, not sure how compatible as a team they'll be against good teams
Their forward line has lots of great wide forwards but a gaping hole in the centre to knit it together without Giroud (who shouldn't be relied on anymore as is)
A team with it's own pacy front line, a strong spine and mobile back line, or a packed midfield with versatility and technique, is going to be a challenge for them.
I expect them to reach the Euro semis at a minimum, but they're not a superteam they couldn't even beat Greece.

Maignan is really good, the issue is that he gets injured more often than a forward and the subs aren't nearly at the same level. Chevalier might be a better choice for #2 in the future, but not enough experience for now
This is basically what happened in Germany after Klose left. We have no strikers.

Honestly I wonder why this is the case. To me, being a pure striker seems like the easiest "job" in football but then I look at our own NT, the average european NT etc and no one can reliably score, they're shit.

Because as scouting became more and more professional, people were too blindsided to typecase players from a young age. Tall strikers always became center backs, small guys became wingers. If a kid from age 10 only learns to play a certain way, it will be hard for them to do much else later on. European scouting ran into a trap and as a result a whole generation of strikers went missing.

Because being an elite striker requires bottle, something Gen Z is severely lacking in for whatever reason
It was all rigged by Qatar for both. They own PSG. Mbappe is the marquee player alongside Messi at the time. Both of them got padded and helped in the final. Giroud was France's best player first half of the final, only player working, and got subbed, probably because he was a liability to blow the script they'd got for the Qatari brand names.
Mbappes hat trick was rigged just like Messis goal record and win was rigged. The whole thing was a con.
Penalties are easy to rig. Wouldn't shock me.
England are shit anyway so wouldn't be needed but Southgate seems the sort who'd take a dive, especially for political reasons but for money too
Why would VARdrid ditch Vinicius to sign this pecho frío bum?
Vinicius start too much autistic bullshit, while the only scandals of Mbappe were before the WC about the LatAm footy, and the travesti he fricked, and obviously his novel with real mandril.
While mono, only this year, even got involved in a party with bundas and gostosas which costed their defeat against Colombia and the tie against us, and some other shit in Madrid besides muh raycism bullshit
France is finished, mate. They won in 2018 because Cuckchamps had figured out by complete accident a way to unpozz the team without pissing off the globohomos, but the stars aren't going to align again. They have zero world class players. 2010 is their true level, about the same as your piece of shit country.
I don't think Mbappe is very good but I dunno why this year's CL run has caused people to massively change their opinion. If anything this was deeper than they usually go. He's never done shit at the club level before so why expect it to be any different now?
He was carried in 2018 and 2024. It's over for him maybe some UCL and maybe a euro later. His world cup chances are slim.
I know we're shitposting but it's hard to argue he was carried, espc in 2018 lol
He was, in 2018 he had like 2 stand out games but matuidi and Kante carried
My bad meant to respond to
Ahh yes because if there’s anything france will be lacking in the near future it’s pacy ngubus to bleed for the coq and carry him
>Lloris, aged 37
>Varane slow, semi-retired it at United
>Kanté, aged 33
>Griezmann, aged 33
He may not play another WC final unless the younger French players step up.

they recently lost twice against Germany
France having the deepest roster and still being shit can be true at the same time.
A team can have a lot of individual talent and still be shit *cough* Chelsea *cough*
Ultimately the manager, system and the culture/attitude/heart in the locker room matters more than just individual talent.
>Chelsea
>individual talent
Go to bed, Todd.
This is Emery's philosophy: players don't matter, only my 600 IQ system does. He's going to be playing in the Europa League for the next 30 years.
I heard the exactly same thing about Brasil in the last 20 years. Turns out it doesnt matter, you can only use 11 at time
France lost
We're panicking because we don't even have anyone to replace Giroud when he'll be gone and you're over here telling us we have 2 entire top teams
Thuram is good.
Huge downgrade

He shut the mouths of an entire nation in this very moment.
It's really a shame that it was all rigged by riggi.

IT'S STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT

really makes the noodle boil
He played the 2020 final, mongoloid

so far he broke his anus in hads of a transvestite
he's gonna retire before age 30
Why do macacos like him so much? Is it because he fricks a troony?
By scoring goals vs san marino
