"""Iconic""" celebrations

>Player scores goal
>Proceeds to do the corniest, most forced celebration of all time in hopes of being put into a tiktok edit
Fricking why? Every player does this now. I'm assuming it's actually for marketing but I don't actual know the real reason. I blame Sewey for this

Is that really it? Then why don't players like Kane and Messi do it, why is it just some players?

Kane does a very cringy celebration every single time but it goes unnoticed because he's u charismatic like Lewa, Messi used to point at the sky whenever he scored, I think he started doing capeshit ones when he went to Miami

I didn't know Kane had a celebration. Can't find it online, anyone have a gif?
And for the record I'm not anti-celebration. knee sliding is cool, sticking your arms out like pic related is fine as well. But I can not get behind the autism of flapping your arms and hands about in hopes of being immortalized in a YouTube short.

Kane kisses his fist and then zooms away like an airplane every time he scores

Yeah I don't like trademark celebrations, feels forced and unorganic to celebrate every goal the same way. the actual iconic celebrations are all one time things done in the moment and they make that specific goal more memorable

Ronaldo's Siu is the only iconic celebration imo. Even people who don't watch football know it.

Should never have started it. Just opened Pandora's box for every tryhard to start emoting, plus it's not even his best celebration.

The Calma is his best, I think he's only done it once. if he kept spamming it every time then it would've lost its sovl factor

If a player does an iconic celebration you just know he is not actually genuine. He does not care about his team or the fans, he is full of himself. Those kinds of players should be executed from the sport or something. Just bring back the soul and not gay homosexuals with tiktok accounts and isntagram. This makes me sick to my stomach i puke in your faces. I would rather commit the unthinkable than exist a single day longer.

please please PLEASE SOMEBODY KILL MYSELF

        Please calm down sir

he only started doing that shit halfway through his career, and it was definitely a calculated marketed gimmick

IDK why but when Messi does it it's not cringe. Even his Marvel celebrations were whatever, it's not like anyone is gonna go buy Black Panther all of a sudden because of a goal in the MLS. Plus he alleges he does it for his kids, I'm not sure I believe that but like I said it's whatever.

For me I like Haaland's buddha pose but he only brings it out when he scores an important or iconic goal, most of the time he just pumps his fist. Foden's air gun pose is cringe.
