      >Win midcard belt
      >Lose to Moxley or someone from the Elite
      >Locked into a 4 month 6man tag feud or some shit with Jericho
      >Disappear from tv at random
      >Sent out to cut rahrah speeches as Tony's avatar
      >Have to tweet how much they love AEW whenever there is any drama
      >All feuds about who is the better inring worker despite neither of the people in the feud having the best record in the company
      >Endless gimmock matches where two other matches on the same card have the same spots

AEW needs to convince a really high level NFL/NBA guy (or several) to try Pro Wrestling, someone like JJ Watt, Von Miller or Aaron Donald who are done with the football lifestyle but could do some Lesnar-length stints a few times a year.

Any of those 3 would immediately become the focus of the entire wrestling world and borrow 200-300k WWE viewers per week for at least a few months, depending on how things developed. If you treated them more like Omos and less like Action Andretti -- no neck bumps, no off the top rope moves, no getting dumped over the top rope, no jobbing to Eddie fricking Kingston, etc -- it would be must-watch TV.

It would flame out eventually if there was no commitment to actually become good at working, but for a while, there'd be a shitload of attention on AEW. If I'm Tony and have $30-50 million to burn, that's what I'm looking at, not some random indy/NJPW/Stardom shitters that won't draw any better than Kiera Hogan, Top Flight or anyone else already on the roster.

Have Tony Khan sit down and shut up. Nobody wants to see or hear from that nerd, yet he seems to be doubling down on his TV time and tweets. Also nobody wants to watch AEW and be constantly reminded about WWE. We don't care if Triple H said one thing during a 30 minute press conference, it doesn't require you to devote half of your TV to something that someone from WWE during a non-WWE showl

Nothing. AEW is in that stage where people are fricking done with it, they're walking away, and nothing Tony does even matters anymore because viewers will never come back to it no matter what. I call it the TNA 2013 stage.

I think we are way past getting a milly. As of late, that means adding almost 50% of viewership. That's like asking Smackdown to get 5 milly. The only way would be, unironically, going full WWF and spending your entire advertising budget on the one episode. Bra and panties matches, explosions, somehow get a WWF legend involved

The stench of AEW won't let anybody be a national star, even if you were one. It's too indie focused and unable to capture the mainstream wrestling fans' attention. It's roh on a bigger budget and that won't attract regular people

Literally the only thing that will save this company is hiring Shane mcmahon as the on air authority figure/actual booker. The idea of the ousted Mcmahon taking on the WWE is undeniable kino, not to mention Shane mentality is always 5 years ahead the current product

Though Tony, like all nepo babies, is convinced he's ar the position he's in cause of his own talents and not because daddy bought him the road to get there, so it'll never happen

Nah, it's over. At this point everybody knows AEW drops the ball with everything they do so even if Shane McMahon showed up there wouldn't be any excitement for it. People would just assume AEW would drop the ball with him too(and they'd be right). AEW is done. Pro wrestling's only hope now is Freddie Prinze Jr.'s promotion if he ever really gets it off the ground.
