He could have left for Bayern at any point if he wanted to, but chose to stay with Dortmund this entire time. Not a one club player, but still incredibly loyal and fans of all clubs can appriciate that.

Seething over facts. Why would a team with Robben, Ribery and Muller buy him? I know you're the same c**t that just compared him to Neymar, so you're a biased mong

            Anonymous

You mistake me for some other homosexual. Neymar is obviously better. But even shitters like Rudy, Rode, Shaqiri... got their chance at buyern. Reus in his prime was better than Müller. He was always injured and sometimes ghosted in big games though. But he was always at 100% when he came back from injuries.

            >Rudy, Rode, Shaqiri
Were they not just rotation players to give the starters a rest or cover for injuries? Yeah Reus was better than Muller, but Muller was still world class so why replace him?

Oh frick off, I even specifically mentioned in the post that he isn’t a one club player level of loyal, but staying with the football equivalent of ‘always the brides maid, never the bride’ for 12(?) years despite having offers from all over europe still makes him pretty damn loyal. It’s like saying Lampard wasn’t loyal to Chelsea because he started at West Ham.
Reus took a natural step in his career, but then decided to stay there and try to help them reach their potential, even though going to someone like Bayern would have been guaranteed trophies. That’s loyalty. It was pretty much all for nothing at the end of the day, but you should still be able to appriciate him for his dedication.

        >Not a one club player, but still incredibly loyal and fans of all clubs can appriciate that.
That discription is giving me pissi vibes. Everyone except tears from him, when he leaves BVB.
Anyone knows what club he plays in next season?

          Anonymous

Reus wanted to stay with BVB but they called him shit so he ended up with Monchengladbach. After playing well BVB wanted him again and he joined them. He was kicked out by Dortmund rather than leaving on his own will, that's why people consider him a one club player.

To answer your question, there are rumours saying he wants to go to MLS but I don't think anybody knows which club

He's the German Jack Wilshere. A player's reputation gets drastically overrated if they're not playing due to injuries and fans are forced to fill in the gaps with speculation about what they could have been.

        Anonymous

        >drastically overrated
Wouldn't say drastically, Reus was showing real promise at a young age and then his legs fell apart at 24

Jack Who? Reus played like Neymar at Santos

          Anonymous

And Wilshere was outplaying prime Barca's midfield at 19. Generally if a player shows promise and gets injured, fans will assume that player would have continued that same form had they not gotten injured. When the reality is that if they didn't get injured, they would have probably reverted back to the norm and been good but not amazing.

Plus the truly elite players manage to show their worth despite injuries (e.g. Fat Ronaldo).
