Now that reasonable folks are questioning whether or not Lebron is even as good as Curry, it's time that we once and for all acknowledge that Jordan is absolutely, unquestionably, the GOAT.

Curry isn't even a top 3 Curry.
1. Seth Curry
2. Dell Curry
3. Steph Curry
Where's Aeysha?
She can't cook
At my house reading me bedtime stories. UwU
Sitting in bed awake after another sexless night mad that other men aren't staring at her in the grocery store
1. Tim Curry
2.Tikka Masala
3. Steph
>he doesn't rate mutton curry as the GOAT
ngmi
jordan has a better peak
lebron has better longevity
they're like twin flames
Tom Brady has both.
Tom Brady Is the only undisputed GOAT in his respective sport besides Gretzky but no one watches hockey anyway
Montana was a better QB playing in an era where defense was allowed (though he didn't have the longevity). Argument to be made for Marino as well though he lacks the rings.
Cut Brady’s resume in half and you have Montana’s. And he did it with a salary cap.
Montana was way better in SBs and never lost in the SB.
>Montana was way better in SBs
And has half the rings to show for it. Maybe he should have been better in the playoffs.
>and never lost in the SB.
*Trent Dilfer likes this*
When the lights were brightest, he always performed. He never threw an interception in the Super Bowl. can't say the same for Brady who laughably put up 10 points in a SB against one of, if not the worst team to ever make the Owl. Utterly embarrassing. Montana was a true champion. Never suspended and was not involved in multiple cheating scandals. Brady was a good player but he's more akin to Bill Russell than he is Jordan.
He only made it to four owls. That’s pathetic. And Brady has never put up less than 13 points in a playoff game. Can you say that for Montana? Of course not, Montana put up 3 points in the playoffs back to back. He just wasn’t much of a winner.
For me if it weren't for Brady then it would have to be Montana but
has a point about the salary cap. The pre-cap Niners and Cowboys were like the NFL equivalent of the Yankees and Red Sox. If they wanted somebody, they just spent what it took. Not that I'm complaining, the Eddie D. days were the best.
Marino is a legend but you can't be in the GOAT conversation with zero rings
1. Brady
POWER GAP
2. Graham
3. Montana
POWER GAP
4/5. Manning/Unitas
4/5. Unitas/Manning
POWER GAP
6. Luckman
7. Baugh
8. Elway
9. Rodgers
10. Marino
i cannot acknowledge a player who had multiple cheating scandals and was suspended as the GOAT. Nor can they have this embarrassment on their record.
You care about what Roger Goodell thinks and does? Why?
If losing to the Giants 17-14 in the super bowl is bad, then Montana losing to the Giants 49-3 in the divisional round is awful.
Sadly people just overwrite the cheating with MUH RANGZ
PERSONALLY suspended for working with NFL staff to frick with equipment AND his team got caught 100000 times and the evidence was so bad that the commissioner had to burn it all before coming out and lying through his teeth that it was totally innocuous
I honestly just throw out the entire Goodell era out the window like I do Stern and Manfred. They're just too obvious with their rigging
The reason Brady has such longevity is belichicks defense + the NFL protecting the QB more over the years
The reason Belichick was able to spend all the cap space and picks on defense is because Brady ran the offense throwing to undrafted white midgets.
Who SOMEHOW knew exactly where to go to avoid the defense. Really incredible, really.
>longevity
This is a big meme
Lebrons >longevity stats are due to being in the league since 18 years. MJ played in his forties and averaged 20 ppg. Lebron at 36 cant even make the playoffs. Lmao
>Lebrons >longevity stats are due to being in the league since 18 years
Black person thats exactly what longevity is
Lebron averaged 30 at 36. I can see him average 20 pretty easily as a 40 year old.
Nah he'll be too busy running his mouth on social media about how he's oppressed and shieeet
Separate politics from the player.
Worse. He couldn't even make the play-in with 4 other HOF players on his team. I'm a Lakers fan and it's embarrassing.
Curry’s better than both
So Messi is Jordan, and Ronaldo is Lebron.
Who is curry?
Pulisic
Why do people still put Wilt and Bill on the top 10 of all time list when they played in an era with single digit teams, no three point line and the average player was as good as a decent high school prospect is today?
It's hardly even the same sport without the 3 point line
PER is the best measure right now and jordan has the highest one. he contributed more to the games he played than any other player ever has and probably ever will.
Who knows. NBA fans are weird. They have this fantasy that players in the 60s were bigger, stronger and faster, and would all learn how to shoot threes like Steph Curry if they played today.
You measure based on how you dominate your own era.
There is no GOATS in team sports
>muh longevity
losing for a long time isn't a good thing, bronsexuals
Nobody is questioning anything besides Steph fanboys. Wilt, Kareem, and Lebron all have goat cases against MJ
jordan's hands typed this post
Jordan couldn't win without Pippen and Phil. When he got Pippen and Phil the best players were already aged out and he faced nothing but choke artists. Jordan's "peak" was in a weak ass era.
And the new talent was diluted on the expansion teams.
Michael Jordan was a shooting guard whose role on his team was volume scorer and perimeter defender. If there was ever such a thing as a GOAT player, I cannot see it being Jordan. Of course he is evaluated primarily by his six championships and six Finals MVPs, both of which you cannot get if your team isn't good enough to reach the Finals to begin with. And he got these accolades in the 1990s, an era where your team really only needed a single Hall of Fame player to contend for a title. His matchups at the shooting guard position were very underwhelming throughout this decade. And plus Jordan played the same role in the same coaching system ran by the same teammate led by the same head coach for the same team with rosters created by the same general manager, and he was incredibly unsuccessful outside of this environment. I cannot see him as the GOAT player if I were to choose one.
Who would you choose? The only real argument I can see is Kareem.
Jordan's case is him vs that eras centers. He is competing with Ewing, Shaq, Olajuwon, Robinson, Mutombo. Pretty weird most of his finals matches lacks a HoF center.
LeBron would singlehandedly decimate the 96 Bulls
Lebron couldn't even decimate the Suns last year
Because the Suns were an exceptionally good team
19 years and people still don't realize that LeBron is not only faster, but considerably stronger than the vast majority of 90s players.
In fact during LeBron's prime, league average weight was 10 pounds higher than the 80s and 90s. Players were literally the heaviest ever, when LeBron came running at them. 223lb league average. No defender was actually equipped to deal with him besides Kawhi Leonard. The rest will either foul him or get run over and not even get the charge called because LeBron was going too fast for their feet to be set.
Give Jordan his flowers, but LeBron is going to feast in his era too. People need to stop kicking and screaming at the truth.
Did they play defense in the 90's? Cause that might have helped in that situation.
There is no GOAT in team sports
Brady
Jordan
Bradman
Gretzky
Ruth
There's at least 5.
I'm buying a pair of those cool red jordan 3's now.
you're thinking of diana taurasi
Jordan is the goat, Lebron wouldn't even be able to survive in the 80's and 90's, he'd get benched for being a b***h in the pre-season and get traded to some shit startup team and ride the bench there. I can't believe this is even a thread.
John Stockton would push Lebrons shit in. Imagine what Rodman would do lol. Todays NBA is for gays, single mother babies from pot smoking prostitutes. Not the same shit frick off.
1. Kareem
2. Pippen
3-5 are interchangeable and thus not worth mentioning, as are 5-25
based Brady makes ya cope
Based.
One word. LeFlop. You all know what I'm talking about. He's mentally and emotionally soft.
