That the match was great as just a match but was missing an emotional impact to make it truly amazing. That Tony isn't a booker, he's a matchmaker since he doesn't book long term he just declares a match he wants to see that's it.

    >Failed booker who went bust wants Tony to listen to him
    >Fat frick who shills for WWE non-stop has negative opinion on AEW
    >Fat frick who b***hes and moans about others making money off of being negative does the same thing
Surely Tony would do well if he listened to these two bitter old fricks.

Yeah probably because the people he's listening to now is nosediving his company.

I love the narrative of Bischoff being a failed booker when he's been the only guy in the last 30 years that actually challenged Vince directly on Monday nights and beat him.

Yeah, that's why WCW bought out WWF when they went bankrupt-
        Oh wait that didn't happen

Bischoff beat WWF head to head for 80+ weeks. He's confirmed the best booker in history not name Vince McMahon. There's nothing you can do about this but seethe.

because Ted Turner lost ownership during the AOL Time Warner merger which immediately sold off the shares.

they didn't "go out of business" because of ratings or attendance.

They ran off the majority of their paying audience and lost 60 fricking million in a single year. AOL/Warner were obviously going to incur tremendous loses if they continued to operate WCW and made a decision to cut a laughably underperforming division. It wasn't because big meanie heads didn't like wrestling.

ted Turner was a mark, he ran the company at a loss since the 80s, doesn't change the fact he had it for 20 plus years and they beat Raw for 2 years straight

            AEW cant even beat NXT

He beat them for a duration whilst accumulating a debt that basically ran them into the ground. GENIUS!

And that's why you're so mad. Name another booker who beat WWF head to head. You can't.

There is no debt you fricking donut, Shahid Khan is making profit EVERY single year! Whilst AEW bleeds money the profit they get from other sources makes it look minor. Are you aware what some of those guys from Fulham and the NFL team are being paid? The AEW wage structure is chump change in comparison. AEW isn't going anywhere E Pig.

so it's true that aew is a failure
it can lose tv rights deals and get shafted to youtube kek
but it will always be funded either way because daddy moneybanks will always have a money machine to bail tony's toy story out

Times like this remind you that Cornette is the only one who's opinion is actually based off him honestly judging what he is seeing. Everyone else just sticks to some predetermined stance no matter what.

the few times Corny drops the shtick and actually appraises the product and points out what works and doesn't have actually been beneficial to fans and would-be bookers alike including Tony. the problem is that he often can't go without loading it up with a ton of stale insults that stopped being funny two years ago because that's his gimmick so you can't really be sure what's genuine and what's played up for his inbred audience.

These guys know their audience. Pander to the WWE cult no matter what. Nobody takes them seriously, but at least Easy E won't have to file for bankruptcy again.
