If WWE got prime Hogan HHH would bury him by having him job to homosexual indie gays who should be set on fire

wwe. gayew already had some of their roster in their prime like the Elite or Gay White, but they did nothing with them. Kenny Omega should be one of the biggest stars in the entire history & I say that as someone who hates gayew but that fudgepacking homosexual did have potential as some kind of modern hybrid of Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels. He's not as great as either of them, but he shares the highs of both & lacks their lows. (He's not a drug addict, nor does he think too highly of himself.) What makes anyone think they'd do anything with a prime Jericho, Edge, Dean Ambrose or Punk? Whether Hulk could appeal to modern audiences is anyone's guess but people forget just how woke the USA was just a few years before the 80s, but he still blew up and was a part of mainstream 80s culture. A young 20s or 30s man who is similar to prime Hulk could probably provoke a similar reaction.

oh yeah this, lol. I was still thinking it was Vince doing the booking. I dunno who'd win. Whomever sucks less. Hard to say because they're both shit

wwe would win. AEWs problem isnt the wrestlers, its the morons booking the show. They have the best wrestlers available already and still fail. meanwhile, wwe gets failed college athletes and makes them just as big stars.

AEW would win initially but then someone would be frustrated at not being booked well and leave

    WWE obviously.
AEW wrestlers in their prime are still nobody's to the majority audience of a big draw.
Like when Hulk Hogan went to TNA, his debut episode was 3 million viewers, and averaged 2, 2.5 million for a while.
    Global name > AEW nobodies

Having prime Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Jeff Hardy, Sting as babyfaces completely mogs anything from WWE

You're forgetting one crucial part, Tiny Cons booking is so fricking bad he makes legends look like shitters

AEW would win at least at first, remember they still have boomers like Flair and Sting

Hogan is a legend and no one will ever be above him in wrestling history, but he would not get over today doing his same generic cocaine fueled promos and his 5 moves of doom. He's basically Cena in the 80s, when fans just enjoyed the show and many thought it was real.
Hogan coming in to the business now as a new guy with the exact same gimmick and moveset would get endless hate for doing a 5 moves of doom type thing with superman booking

Well AEW is at an advantage because they have a lot of legends on retirement home contracts but they would manage to frick it all up anyway.

Edge and Christian were dimeless in their primes. Daniel Bryan was too. I guess moxley could have been dimes with his original dean ambrose look but he always has sucked on promo and in ring and he just doesn’t seem to care about being good. He’s content with appeasing smarks, so he most likely would be dimeless. So then you have Jericho who was pretty good in his prime, but he never worked past the mid card for some reason. Triple h booking is terrible but that’s because he acts like it’s the 80s or early 90s and he has hogan and macho man, so he would probably do well with prime hogan. But would a big jacked up steroid bald guy draw in 2024??? Probably not as much as he did in his heyday. I would say it’s a wash. If either side had prime rock then that would be the deciding factor

What the frick am I reading? Triple H panders to smark morons, DIY or New Catch Republic wouldn't even have a job in the 80s or 90s. And that's just two examples of shitters he pushes

Well in this scenario AEW has prime CM Punk, so he's not getting injured and there isn't a brawl-out. They also have Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe, so i don't see how WWE would win even with Cody Rhodes joining them and having his program with Roman

CM Punk left for WWE, this is the roster that AEW would have

      >Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, Adam Page, Swerve Strickland, Jeff Hardy, Edge, Christian, Samoa Joe, Jeff Jarrett, Moter City Machine Guns, The Young Bucks, Ray Fenix, Pentagon El Zero Miro, MJF, Adam Cole, Undisputed Era, Sting, Ric Flair, Katsuyori Shibata, PAC, Mistico, Eddie Kingston, Minoru Suzuki, Jay White, Juice Robinson, Billy Gunn, FTR, Johnny Nitro, Orange Cassidy

Realistically how could Tony possibly frick up that insane roster of talent in their prime? I genuinely don't see how AEW doesn't wipe the floor with WWE

If a much better run company like WCW could frick up having better wrestlers then Tiny Con could frick that up. He's the biggest issue with AEW

The climate today doesn't allow a Hulk Hogan like figure to draw the masses. Cody is the closest but it's still extremely subdued compared to Hulkamania. The other anon is right that prime Rock would be a better shout.

So AEW is pretty much the same?

It doesn't specify whether Haitch is just booking WWE or booking both. Grammatically, it could go either way. AEW has an insane roster. If Haitch was booking them, it could go over WWE Haitch/Hogan, with today's smark heel audiences.
