i knew this indian kid (from there, not here) who played for my college's ncaa div 1 team. he was so good that he was a starter as a freshman. his parents made him quit his junior year. why are indians like this? such a cucked bug race.
Indians have atrocious sports genetics. I mean its a country whose sporting institutions and 2 billion pajeets only focus on cricket, yet they get regularly get beat by white South Africans and Australians, who collectively number less than the smallest indian state.

If they really were hyperfocused on cricket to the point of disregarding other sports, they should be winning almost everything given their population, attention given to the sport, and the fact that there are less than 10 other countries that legitimately play it.
Went to China in a highschool trip in 2009.
The highschool in Beijin was home to a football team that was famous for going far in the national tournament that year. It was apparently one of the best high school team and their games drew a small crowd and even some journalists everytime.
They were shite.

We played 5 vs 5 against some of their players.
In our team the only one with experience was me, I played in the youth teams of second division team until I was 15 then it was clear I had no chance to become pro so I stopped to focus on high school. Another guy very fit who is now a professional rugby player. And the 3 others just regular kids form Paris suburbs who played for fun in their youth.
We absolutely destroyed them. I have no doubt an 11 from the best players on sp could give this guys some trouble with a little preparation

At least chinese are good at some sports. Sure these are "nobody cares" sports but still. Indians are good for nothing, dude. 1,4 billion people and zero athletes.
Now the whole poverty argument is of course true and relevant but India tops it with a hyper competitive exam focused educational system which basically forced you to score a 99.9% score in your central exams to even get the chance of working your ass out of the lower semi-middle class hell which traps most of the urban people. India unlike China has a relatively weak manufacturing industry as they toyed around with hyper protectionism for a very very long time( a testament is the still enduring atrocious quality of your average indian industrial good). Because of this the only chance of getting to relative affluence is going to some engineering college and subsequently becoming a software engineer. So better get that 99.9% in your 12th standard exam.
For rural people this doesn't even apply. They have more urgent concerns like access to water and marrying off their offspring at the age of 16 or younger. I read comparisons here with favelas but rural India is still a step below south American poverty and together with the worst places in Africa truly the bottom of the economical barrel.
